We're still happy to go back to Progressive with the awesome savings and coverage. The process was frustrating though -- the reps were fantastic-- it's just the process that need improvement.

I appreciate the rep I had that walked me through each step and letting me know in the future what my other options will be for more coverage rather home or bikes etc. I can say when I didn't understand I asked if he could explain it the gentleman did very well and look forward to getting more and better coverage down the road.
